Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This includes:

  • Embroidered or personalized clothing
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Any product clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Final sale items are final and cannot be modified, refunded, or exchanged.

Return Policy – 30 Days (Canada & USA)

At Jirle, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy (excluding final sale items). You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be new, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Be free from animal hair, odors, or any signs of wear
  • Include your order number

Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused.

Return & Exchange Fees

  • Return: A fixed fee of $9.90 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchange: No return fee will be charged.

Please note the original shipping fee is non-refundable for returns without exchange.

Return Shipping & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must arrange the shipment themselves.

Please ensure you:

  • Use a tracked shipping service to return your item(s)
  • Include the Return Authorization (RA) code we provide with your shipment
  • Keep your tracking number as proof of return

International Returns – France, Ireland, and Other Locations

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • Returns accepted at customer’s expense.
  • Please use a tracked shipping service, as Jirle is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
  • Returns without tracking information will not be processed.

How to Make a Return

  1. Email hello@jirle.com with your order number and items to return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) code within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Pack and ship your items with your preferred carrier, including the RA code inside.
  4. Keep your tracking number and provide it as proof of return.

No refund without proof of shipment.

Product Exchanges

To exchange, contact hello@jirle.com and follow the return steps.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. No return fee applies.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Report any issues within 7 days of receipt at hello@jirle.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will replace your item at no extra cost once verified.

Return Processing Times

  • Inspection within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt.
  • Refunds processed 2 to 5 business days after approval.
  • Peak seasons may take up to 7 business days.
  • Email confirmation sent upon completion.
