Can I place a group order?

Absolutely! We offer special discounts for group or bulk orders.

How should I wash and care for my scrubs?

To keep your scrubs looking their best, wash in cold water and air dry.
Avoid using bleach or a dryer to preserve fabric quality and color.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! Join our Rewards Program at the bottom of our website and earn points every time you shop.

Do you have stores or physical locations?

We do not currently have a physical store or sales location.

Can I try on or pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, our distribution center is not set up to accommodate customers currently. No in-person try-ons, exchanges, returns, or pickups are currently available.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and time of year (especially during launches or promotions).

  • Vancouver: 1–2 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 1–8 business days

A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse. We always do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more (before taxes).

For orders under $100, shipping is $9.99.

Please note that gift cards are not included when calculating the minimum amount for free shipping.

I want to modify or cancel my order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations for orders already in process.

However, you can email hello@jirle.com with your order number, and our team will check if changes are still possible.

My shipping information is incorrect or has changed.

If your order is already being processed, we cannot guarantee address updates.

Please email hello@jirle.com with your order number and updated information, and we will do our best to assist you.

I forgot to enter my promo code before checkout.

Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively. The amount paid at checkout is final. The discount code must be entered during checkout, as it cannot be applied afterward.

If a valid code does not work before payment, email hello@jirle.com with a screenshot of the error message so we can help.

Do you offer payment plans?

We don’t currently offer payment plans — our scrubs are already affordable and fairly priced, designed to give you premium quality without the premium cost.

I want to make an exchange or return.

The item must be in its original condition, that is, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the package, and the item must not be a final sale.

If your item meets these conditions, please email us at hello@jirle.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

My package was never delivered or was stolen.

Contact us immediately at hello@jirle.com, including your order number, full address, and any relevant information. Our team will do our best to assist you.

What is a final sale item?

A final sale item cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once shipped. These items are clearly marked as “Final Sale” in the product title and description.

Items purchased during a promotion without the “final sale” note can be exchanged or returned, as long as they meet the return conditions mentioned above.

I received the wrong item or a defective product.

We are sincerely sorry! Please email hello@jirle.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the situation promptly.
