Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about returns and refunds

At Jirle, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy (excluding final sale items). You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be new, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Be free from animal hair, odors, or any signs of wear
  • Include your order number

Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused.

  • Return: A fixed fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchange: No return fee will be charged.

Please note the original shipping fee is non-refundable for returns without exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must arrange the shipment themselves.

Please ensure you:

  • Use a tracked shipping service to return your item(s)
  • Include the Return Authorization (RA) code we provide with your shipment
  • Keep your tracking number as proof of return

We are not responsible for lost or untracked packages. Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Please note that final sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This includes:

  • Embroidered or personalized clothing
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Any product clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Final sale items are final and cannot be modified, refunded, or exchanged.

Items will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase. Please review product details carefully before completing your order.

Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Returns are accepted at the customer's expense. Please use a tracked shipping service when returning items from international locations including France, Ireland, and other countries.

International customers must:

  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Use a tracked shipping service
  • Keep tracking information as proof of return
  • Be aware that customs fees and duties are non-refundable

We are not responsible for lost or untracked international packages.
